ECOSOC AMR Innovation Fair in Geneva/Switzerland, July 4th - 7th 2011

The S.E.R. Foundation presented "Best Practices: Universal Education through Reconciliation" It submitted a written statement that was translated into the six UN languages and published as an official contribution to the ECOSOC High Level Segment. Additionally, the foundation had the opportunity to present the statement orally.

The S.E.R. Foundation participated in the Informal interactive hearing on the prevention and control of non-communicable diseases on 16 June 2011 General Assembly Hall, UN Headquarters, New York.
The Foundation gave in a written statement. As a result of that, the Foundation - as one of four german NGOs - has been invited the by the General Assembly to participate in the High-level Meeting on the Prevention and Control of Non-communicable Diseases, to be convened on 19 and 20 September 2011 at United Nations Headquarters in New York.

In the Side Event of the 47. Session on Social Development

"Business development as an economic programme for a fairer world - best practice examples from Northern Europe in the fight against poverty" on Februar 10th 2011 in the Permenant Mission of Germany to the UN, New York the Foundation conduced by a speech "MDG 1 - an indicator for social development and the role of reconciliation"

During the whole year the S.E.R. Foundation together with its partners of the Action Alliance Bonn for the Reconciliation Year 2009, including the town of Bonn, ran events.
The SER Foundation Switzerland together with its parnters organized a "Time for Reconciliation" between 21 September - 2 October 2009.
